I study law and cash confiscated from an escorts premises is not returned in most cases, If she is convicted of running a brothel the escorts are, depending on the judge can be fined, sentenced to a jail term and when released deported, its all depends on the judge you get and believe me there are some right awkward ones out there
That is a rare case or someone in the know, Is that the only one you've heard off?.I have not heard of money being returned, anyway we don't know the full facts of this case,
Some judges are taking a zero tolerance now on brothel keeping for example and escorts convicted don't live happily ever after, well not in this country anyway but as another member said they are handed out jail terms and then deportation, that is fact.
I don't agree with law, its punishes the most vulnerable but its the law and we cant change it but will get worse before its gets better.

I'm a solicitor in Northern Ireland and am privy to certain information. I have had some escorts clients too. Its should be our business as nothing worse than people involved in this industry who don't know the law or understand their rights as this only causes all sorts of trouble for both the client and the escort.
