Had nothing but problems with them, technically and from customer support side. They kept upping prices whenever they wanted too.

As soon as I was out of contract I moved to Vodafone home. Same service, cheaper.

I used to have them but switched to another provider because of frequent slow internet speeds yet i was paying for a greater speed. I rang them over and over again and got the usual bs so i decided enough was enough and dropped them.

I'm only talking about broadband, but the service itself was decent enough. Once you got it finally. But any problem and you end up in the seven circles of hell that is Eircom's customer support. (I refuse to call them by their new name)

The only thing they respond to is going to Comreg.

I am fully aware that the other companies are probably just as bad for customer support.

I was going to swap over the whole kit and caboodle over to Eir, including the TV. But I was reading on Boards that there was terrible problems with there TV which was linked to poor broadband coverage.

Sticking with Virgin for the time being.

A mate of mine went with them a couple of months ago! He hates it now! He keeps dropping calls on his mobile and his internet at home is $h!te — and he has been over billed twice!

Yep heard a lot of that and here as well so I'm sorted now with vodapone
