I think many escorts would be happy to meet this request, as long as you are tactful in the way you ask. Don't insult them by making it sound as if you are saying that sex with them would be dangerous to your health. Most escorts here are so careful that there is no risk worth worrying about.

Also, as David pointed out above, the language "buying an escort" won't win you any friends.

Do some searching of the forum for things like "newbies", "first time" etc for lots of advice to improve the chances of the appointment going well. The most important things are being polite and respectful to the ladies, and making sure you are freshly showered and scrubbed (everywhere).
