Boon on 3 for years, contract though. Never have an issue getting data even out in the sticks of Donegal, and months when I'm away from home tethered to the laptop I've hammered them for 100GB+ a month plus and not had an issue. If you're just using data use the UK one since you can use your allowance in most of the world on 3 at no extra cost.
