what are the primary motivations around the fake profiles? Are there any incidences of people being stung by them? From what I've seen on here so far some are so obviously fake that you'd wonder why they even bother (and I presume they pay for the ad too).

Because guys still visit, stay & pay therefore the escort using the fake photos, still makes money. If every guy walked then at least the fakes would be hit financially & get the message, but sadly, the majority of guys stay.

ah ok, so there are actual escorts behind the ads. I wondered about that. Like, why not just post a real ad. I thought it might have been something far more sinister, like gangs trying to lure you somewhere to rob you, or whatever. I guess thats my creative little mind running away with itself.

links were correct as went through the procedure luckylu said and link was valid, some were of porn stars in another country so there was no doubt at all

guys why cant we report fake profiles anymore , cant seem to find a way

E-I dont want to give the scamming girls bad publicity on here and will make it as difficult for the client to report fake profiles, trying to flag fake picture is a nightmare on here

Maybe its that someone working as an escort might want to keep it as secret as possible. Would it not be better for business to just post a real profile and blur your face out? To at least give prospective clients some idea of what you look like...

Yes. When visiting an escort you havnt met before, be prepared for anything. You could be robbed, blackmailed or even ripped off. Maybe she doesn't look as good as the girl in the pics or maybe she is an amazing lady that is hiding from a previous life.
I sometimes decide to risk the minimum fee to see an escort using a suspect profile. I never visit the ones that just pop up for a short tour but might visit someone that has been around for a while.
