I have said this in the past that it leads to confusion when two different ladies use the same name! A situation came to light in the old Chat Room where guys were talking about something that a lady was alleged to have done. This thread is interesting. Firstly, why do you actually bar people from taking the same profile name? Because you don't want others pretending to be that user. So to then state you can't do the same thing with an advertising profile (which has been laid for, therefore the buyer should have some rights) is disingenuous at best. So, simples. Change the system so you can't duplicate a name. Equally, if another website came along and called itself Escort Ireland, am I to believe letters from solicitors wouldn't be flying? I think they would.
