You probably don't realise that there are quite a few people working for EI. We all have our own roles and that allows us to be always responsive to our clients - be it on the forums, on social media, by the phone or via email. The fact that not all developers or customer service agents post in communities does not mean they don't exist and they're not doing their part. The forums are mainly managed by the moderators, as you know. I might only occasionally post on threads but that does not mean I'm not full-on active on twitter.
