They maybe stetched but they will always take the easy ways to make up the numbers that they need to and enforce the laws that are easy to get results on. And with organisations that have lobbied this law having the police to use they will use it to their full advantage. They will have the Gardai plagued with information and calls and will want there work justified. Remember you live in a country of begrudgers This will be a case of we told you so. It's like everything in life keep yourself under the radar and all will be fine. Don't get caught doing stupid things or not being discreet.

All Ireland would back this new bill, only ones not are the clients and some escorts, i had neighbours, old and young women calling me a dirty cunt for visiting escorts.
You might think its ok no one knows but no one stupid now, they all know, even if the escort only sees 3 guys a day that is still 20 say a week,

The Gardai aint stoopid. Id be sure they know more than we would think. However, i would be sure theyd be clamping down to set the bar so to speak. You can be sure resources will be available if this comes to pass.
The fact this is coming through the dail this wk, i fear the worst will happen. Its kinda sneaky !
If it passes, unless any of the genuine escorts are going to see clients at their own private address ( which is a safety concern ), it will be curtains.
I would also be weary re the EI website, regardless of where its hosted.
Its unfortunate that genuine female / male /ts / tv escorts will suffer because of it.
As for ppl saying dont get caught / be discreet....are you on cloud 9 ? Im sure locations are known to the gardai.
And for them to proove money passed hands, will ne difficult. But what if your name is in the paper and you've no conviction, being named - damage done !
I really dont know
All laws are connected to other laws and you may not be breaking the one you think. An example is yes it's not illegal to offer the service but is the provider paying taxes on their earnings ? Some are I am sure.
The whole scenario of not being physically present by the police to see the transfer of money between both parties doesn't really stand up. If they have suspicion or a report by someone of services being offered then they can pursue it. It's unfortunate that the little bit of the law that changes has such huge implications for everyone.
There is a much bigger picture being missed. They are saying it's all fine to work as an Escort but are you doing everything else legally and are you ligitametly working in the country. For the clients they will be the pawns and the bait.
