Mouthwash is nice and essential if you are seeing a non smoker and you are a smoker, as they surely won't want to kiss you if you stink of cigarettes. The mouthwash will help to disguise that. It is recommended that you use a non abrasive mouthwash that is alcohol free to rinse with, as the ones that are very strong can also strip your mouth and make it more sensitive to possible STI infections.

Showering is important to me and showering before you take a pee is the right way to go. I have had to ask some gentlemen to take a second shower for cleaning themselves nicely and then going to the toilet. I put this school boy error down to nerves and excitement when it happens.

I always have a shower gel with me that is fragrance free and good for sensitive skin. Don't forget that you are putting your clothes back on afterwards, so you will smell the same as you did when you came through the door when you leave and it's not like you are going to strip off the moment you get through the door back at home, unless it's to take a shower? So who is to know?
