And a very good morning,

We have had noticed over the course of last few weeks increased activities on self promotion and touting and hence we monitor the posts more carefully and are trying to tackle the problem.
I do not think that you meant to tout or advertise in your initial post, in a similar way my colleagues from the night shift did not mean to cause upset, it was just a misunderstanding.

Red there is no harm to admit if a mistake was made.
and I feel this was the case when we close a thread due to a mistake. no bad intentions or wrong doing.

I will stand by my staff and my colleagues and defend them, taking the blame on myself, cause maybe I was not clear when I explained what touting was.

Now, calling them minions is disrespectful.
Provoking me for reaction here too - unwelcome.

Now I am thinking that maybe I have made another, when lifting someone's permanent ban, someone's who promised they will behave nicely and refrain from provoking other users, this includes Mods.

They are not full mods , so they will lock or deleted , edit threads , give temp bans for the Day time mods to look at and then they decide what action to take.
This is what most users here were looking for so as to stop arguments and vile trolls posting comments to certain escorts

human error means a person made an incorrect decision, a mistake.
in their good faith they took it for advertising, which I think it was not.
it does not mean that they pressed the wrong button.
