Although I have never personally met Melinda, I do know the hassle she is having and it is going on awhile, however having corresponded a lot with Melinda she strikes me as being a very kind, genuine Lady. Now I did not see original post so cannot comment, but Melinda is getting hassle from somebody, maybe disgruntled client?? who knows. Posting number in ugly mugs would probably help and maybe mods could do a little more.

But as I said Melinda, DO NOT GIVE UP , then bullies win, and that is not good.
