I had the opposite of this happen to me recently. I rarely will ever go for a punt if OWO isn't available but due to lack of selection in my area i went with it and to my astonishment she done it without even asking and it was not advertised.

Sometimes you can just get really lucky or very unlucky, usually it's the latter as I have been burned myself with certain favourites not performed despite confirmation on the phone.

Only when the money is handed over is it not available.
