Interestingly it is recommended if you are using latex condoms, that they are changed after 30 minutes, regardless of 'where' you are 'going'.
The latex is affected by heat and friction and becomes weaker and is therefore more likely to break over time.

Got tested in Spain - Private clinic - 7 blood tests - All clear - cost €120 for men €150 for ladies (as it includes a smear test).

On the other hand Cialias in Spain costs €76 (4 tablet pack) without a prescription -

Cialias (4 tabs) in Ireland with prescription costs €42.00 - Generic brand €8.50 in Boots & €6.90 in Pure pharmacy

New condom between vaginal/anal/oral so you don't transfer bacteria. If bacteria from the anus gets into the vagina it can cause serious infections.

Some women might enjoy it. Generally don't try anything without asking. When your livelihood is based on the fact that you are healthy, feel well enough to have sex and don't have infections...it's always a no go.
