Basic outline of risk for giving OWO is:
1) All bacteria and some virals
2) Herpes and Warts, possible bacterials if you touch with your hands before having intercourse
3) Hep B, some virals and all bacteria
4) Broken heart!
Whatever you do there is a risk, life is risky, all these risks are theoretcial and dependent on two things....
1) the person you are doing it with actually has something you might contract
2) the something that person has, manages to transmit itself to you
For example, just because you have sex with someone who is living with HIV it doesnt mean you will contract and develop HIV.
It comes down to behaviour, communication and a huge dollop of luck.
Test regularly and if you have something it can be dealt with.
Hope that answers your question.
