Is anyone here? I’ve been having some issues after meeting an escort 12 days ago. I gave and received unprotected oral. About 3 days after I got itching and burning sensation whenever urinating (on the tip), then the following day only slightly itchy sensation, then a couple of days later a tingling sensation on my penis all day long.
Now today I’ve been having this bur Int sensation on legs all day long. Saliva is thinly, white and foamy (dry mouth). I am so stressed out. I’m really worried about what I contracted. Can anyone help?
What could it be? Just a bacterial infection? I was thinking Chlamydia and Gonohhrea very possible, but now I don’t know. Could this be early symptoms of HIV? Any insight would be appreciated. I’m really worried.
I live in Letterkenny unfortunately I can only get an appointment for gum clinic on Thursday.
Sorry so many grammar errors. The burning sensation in my legs so far is gone, crossing fingers it doesn’t come back again. It was freaking me out. Could it be stress rather than it being related to a STD?
My saliva still the same: thick, foamy and white. It seems like it could be an infection on mouth and throat.
Also, I forgot to mention I had an itching ass for a few days too.
Urine is still kind of dark.
Is there any point in going to GP? Or just wait to go to Gum Clinic?
I’ve been freaking out this could be HiV but it seems very unlikely. Crossing my fingers is nothing serious. Again, any insight in this would be appreciated.
YES.
If you still believe that you are showing some slight signs of an infection or whatever, then you should always go to the doctors and get it checked out.
If you don't go and do end up with something and then pass it on to somebody else, then you would have to face the consequences.
The best news is that you don't have anything.
Other other good news would still be good news as you know you'll know that have something, but will have the medication to help the symptoms.
It wouldn't be fair for you not to go and pass it on to others who will then may have to deal with the issue, possibly spreading the infection to more people if it is there.

Done. Thank you. My urine is still cloudy but no itchiness Anywhere. The sticky and foamy saliva is what is bothering me now. I’m pretty sure I’ve contracted something, but hopefully nothing serious. My mind is thinking the worst (what if I contracted HIV). I know it’s very unlikely to get it by giving a woman oral and that’s even assuming she’s got iT. Deep down I know it’s my anxiety and stress playing with me. You’re right I won’t stop feeling this way until I get tested and get medication to treat this. It’s been a tough a week, but hopefully i can get this over with it soon. Thanks for the response.

Thanks. I went to GP today. He said Chlamydia and Gonorrhea most likely. It seems like Oral Trush too. Gave some medication but won’t take them until I do tests. I asked him about chances of HIV and he said even though is higher risk since from sex worker, it still is very very unlikely. Puts my mind a little at ease, but I know it still isn’t out of the question. Crossing my fingers 🤞🤞 can’t wait for this to be over. There stress is killing me.
There is no risk of HIV from receiving oral sex, be it a sex worker or not.
There is no risk of HIV from going down on a vagina, be it a sex worker or not.
There is an extremely small HIV risk from going down on a penis, be it sex worker or not.
I think you can rule HIV out altogether ok.
White froth and itching in mouth, penis or vagina would suggest thrush.
Thrush could come from having a sugary diet, wiping in the wrong direction and spreading it round.
It can also develop from stress.
It is not necessarily sexually transmitted.
Pain when peeing could be gonorrhea but if it has gone away, then its more likely just cystitis, especially when you describe your pee being very dark.
Definitely drink more water.
Hope you get your results from the doctor soon.
If you want to chat in the meantime, my details are in the signature.
