On a side note. I listened to a 2fm broadcast some time back where a renowned professor of american heritage argued that the high rate of Irish mental illness today is attributable to the generations of starvation known as the great famine. It's something that effects the genes apparently.
Personally I thing the good professor may be blind to our Celtic roots.
No it's just the Irish weather that drives us mad.
