And looking back at times when I could have went over and chatted to a girl and did not because inside I was terrified. I do not regret not doing it as I know what I was putting myself in a situation that made me fell really uncomfortable. I did try and chat to girls a few times and it was mostly a disaster followed by some horrible rejections, and feeling like shit for weeks.

I've jumped out of a plane, always tried to not be scared to experience new things. But for me trying to chat up a women you like is terrifying. People who say you just need to get some confidence in yourself have no idea.

You have the same problem I have Paul_m..A phobia of crowds and ladies..As it been going on for since my teenage years..As I use to hate holding hands or kissing in public with my partners..As I would get a panic attack..When out with mates I would feel comfortable as I would take a back seat and watch the rest of lads chat to group of ladies..But if a lady would come up to me I would say my mate a great guy and chat to him..The look I would get after as some said don't be shy and talk to me..My best excuse is do you like a drink and didn't work every time as some say I got a drink..So yes Lady do intimated me as that why I feel nervous around escort as well..I glad some else know what it feel like..Sorry to hear that Paul by the way..Hope thing work out for you mate..Good luck as we both going to need it..
