The problem for Escorts imo is that if you put up a face photo then later decided privacy is best and delete all your photos you do not know who shared those photos and where.
You could spend forever looking for photos once they are up.
I have never put a face photo on an ad or sent one.
Ads get shared everywhere with no control.
