It's very simple. Book the lady and when you arrive and she is not what is advertised just say so and walk away. Why is that so difficult ?

But you have to admit it's more than a bit irritating to spend an hour between calling, driving and parking to find a fake profile and then not have enough time to book another.

This said it is a very small percentage of time this happens

And what about verified photos and dozens of reviews.
I've found two of these currently.
This said it's 2 out of i think about 600. Although I guess only half that have verified photos and reviews.
So say 2 and another 2 I don't know about out of 300 is only 1%.
Even if it's double that percentage it's still not bad.

just said, that we could look into any concerns had we known about it before.

basically here is my view on the issues touched upon, in few words:
1. the page itself, yes, it has changed.
2. the fake photo reports, we could raise the issue again and again passing your comments onto our Advertising Team.
3. with regards to the forums, Samlad left the company, he felt it was a time for a change. Floki and Jorge worked along side with him, it is only me that's new(-sh) here. (1 mod).

but do the Advertising Team care, E-I makes money from these and thats the bottom line,
why has E-I made it so difficult to report these fake pictures?
