Palace on an excellent run should now stave of relegation.

They may well get a result against Spurs on Wednesday. As I posted before, Spurs have a much tougher run in than Chelsea and they are surely deflated after their Wembley defeat.
Two big derbies coming up during the next week which, if Arsenal and Man Utd win, will throw the top four race wide open.

Joey Barton: Burnley midfielder banned for 18 months over betting

    http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/39720232

I think that the punishment was a little too harsh.
I don't think Football Association like Burnley, they always seems to punish the players much higher than they would for any other club, but we shall know soon enough as there are 53 footballers reported over potential breaches of betting rule.

Chelsea have the advantage of being 4 points clear, but Spurs has the advantage of 7 goal differences more than Chelsea.
If Chelsea slip just the one time, Spurs could have a chance of stealing the title.
It will also be the second year running Spur would take second place if they don't take the title, a bit like a kick in the teeth for them.

It would be nice to see Spurs gain the title, it was the 60's since they last won the top flight.

    Ah shit, they did.
I forgot, they were in second place for a while and end up in third place, Arsenal taking 2nd with 1 point more.

Well done indeed by the Magpies and they could still win the Championship title if they win their last 2 games and Brighton fail to win theirs. Benitez has not definitely committed himself to staying in charge for next season though.
