if youre going to go lampooning yourself the way tom does at the expense of all that are not part of his ego, then you deserve to be called names because of the way you are acting.

applying the letter of the law is not moderation, its dictatorial. you need to know when someone deserves what they get. you think cops punish everyone equally? no no they dont, why? because theres a time and a place for it. its too easy to ban because someone complains about someone acting the way they do. its not a slagging or disrespectful if its true remember

Bans are at mods discretion and tbh this is a fist when someone told me that I have dictatorial tendencies.

I have taken many things into consideration.
for this reason, it is one week's ban, based on the user's posting history, behaviour pattern and last nights comments on that thread.

going back to Tom - you don't like the way a user posts - add him to the ignored list.
why give him abuse and demand to get him banned?
what if someone is annoyed by the way you posts?
there is always someone who will not like something.
we all know that. should I based on that ban everyone?

and finally, for the x-th time, if Tom misbehaved on another forum - I suggest you raise it with the other forum's mods.
