I think it's a waste of time deliberating was it because of racism, stereotypes or bad previous experience. We all seem to like to pull the racism card at each other.

I have been fighting the stereotypes against me most of the adult life.
Because my skin is white, I could not say that this is racism, "just" a discrimination, so people felt free to make remarks about me and where I am from and felt they can get away with it.
