    Default Cloning.

Dolly the sheep was born 20 years ago today on July 5 1996. She made history as the world's first mammal cloned from an adult somatic cell. She lived for approximately 6and 3/4 years. She was named after Dolly Parton because the cloned cell was an udder cell.

You are mistaking her for her brother Joseph.

Interesting fact about Dolly the sheep:

There were infact two clones, Dolly was the one who got all the media attention. Unfortunatley the other sheep didnt live such a lavish lifestlye of photoshoots and trips around the world. The only trip sheep #2 had was in a wooden crate, destined for Ireland.

Nobody can confirm if the sheep is still alive after all these years of being locked away in Tom Sands sex dungeon.

Legend has it that sheep #2 was fluent in 4 languages and preferred ribbed condoms.

Dolly was a little lamb, her fleece was white as snow.
As SteveB has just proved, she was virginal white, not a black sheep or a dirt bird ewe, you know.

Yeah but I would say the picture is Photoshopped. Lads that visited her said she was at least six months older than she looks in that photo and her wool was darker.
