What people forget this site has a good ranking because of the traffic. The truth is when there is something naughty going on here the views are over 100.. when all is nice and sweet, the views are under 100, if you get what I mean.

Moderators are paid to do a job, not to make new rules, seek whatever and improve cause we ask for. Them decisions to change/etc are coming from different people. Those who have been here for years should know this.

To be honest everyones judt as bad as everyone else...its not just new members doin the bitching theres plenty of well established members doing their fIr share aswell...and in many cases starting it from nothing so whats going to be done about those members?

And if you are going to do sonething like a 30 day grace period for new user why not just create a new forum page that they can only access and post one but dveryone else can aswell that way if people want to tLk to new clients then they can go to the new forum page...if they want to avoud it just dont click on it... That way if you start bitching about new members causing shit then well its your own fault for goin on that page...

Then after the 30 day period do a review of how many thanks they get how many posts they did that was positive. If they have writen any escort review hows many and so on... Then either free them to the other pages... Extend their grace period ...or ban them
