I see that we had a situation here and it took us (Dr Love - to be exact) 45 minutes to react.
Thank you Dr Love for stepping in, once again.
Now I would like to answer few points here.



Implying that we sit back and allowing it to happen, when we introduced night mods recently is very hurtful and unfair, especially coming from you Saul, cause you should know better as a very experienced and well established user.
Let's not forget that we used to have the moderators only from 10 - 18 until very recently and were relying on helpful hands of Dr Love outside of those hours.
We improved, yet are still failing to satisfy, again.
One dares to ask here: why keep trying to improve things if it comes so easily to you to just hurt our feelings and imply such things, publicly, over and over again?

Actually you are doing your best I said it on another thread,you as mods are, when online, doing your best, Sorry but it's management or who ever makes decisions that are just acting in what appears a devil may care attitude.

Honestly you would think they were been asked to re invent the wheel. Guess what when everyone asked for a mod online and they had all the fanfare telling us e-i were going to act we kinda hoped they would not be leaving a huge window for trolls like last night.

I have no Idea why you mentioned it took 45 mins to delete the thread,that was fortunate as Dr Love just happened to pop in,it's kinda the point.... if a mod happens to pop in the escort is protected on the boards at these times....really?

It's a different profile,this is at least his fourth time...if indeed it is a guy.

The sad thing is a very popular escort was hounded out a few months ago like this,and suddenly a lot stopped posting and it will happen again and again if e-i don't take their finger out of their ass and act,It's not the mods fault by the way,they do what they can when online,it's management that needs to at least pretend they care.

I think you might want to reconsider what you posted here.
Implying in public that we do not care I consider very disrespectful to our (mine) hard work.
I put a lot of heart and effort in improving the forums and listen to you on a daily basis and as much as we can agree to disagree saying that I cant be arsed is utter nonsense.

I understand your point of view and I truly am sorry if my opinion (though honest) offends. I understand there are gray areas in which a person is clearly being a troll, yet are clever enough to not cross the line. This in particular is what I am concerned with. Not the obvious ones like last night that clearly warranted an immediate ban. No I mean the subversive ones, that tip-toe just to the line and jump back without crossing it. The ones that get called a troll by multiple users in each of their posts, the ones who insult escorts and are in general crude and disgusting. This is what I believe, based on comments by escorts and others, has caused many of them to leave.

I would hope at the very least, when these trolls are reported, that a mod takes the time to talk to them about their behavior rather than just saying that they technically didn't break any rules. I know from my experiences that it is common in other forums for this to happen, but as I have no inside knowledge here I can only hope.
