By the way, just for shits and giggles, we were all told (by the same political cunts) that Lisbon was good, Austerity was good and were they? No way. Recovery? Maybe a slight one. Seriously people really need to step up and start booting these lying cunts. They are the scum of the earth, these people.

If the EU is so good then how come the whole Eurozone was ( and still is) a fuckin mess? I mean if its this great union then we should all be doing fine right? I dont see that. I see mess after mess coming along and have a very bad feeling that down the line somewhere we are looking at a real serious war.

I once believed in the EU , but now I have grave doubts about it
Too much red tape and it,s all about pacifying the faceless civil servants and the like ( Ireland included ) keeping their pensions high and fuck the rest of us.

Yep they told us we were fucked if we did not vote in the second time
All we did was give them the green light to heavy hand us with Austerity and more Austerity

I liked the europe idea but i f**king despise the dictatorship its turned into. Ppl laughed at NWO conspiracy idea, are they not blind?

This p*xy country was hung out to dry & enslaved into endless debt & we said "Thanks EU" .....wtf !!

Northern Ireland seems to have A LOT to loose with investment / jobs etc.

Its too early how it will all pan out.

the media are hell bent on a doom & gloom forecast and stirring it up.

We need to stick side by side with the UK & support or neighbours & put history to one side.

I really hope it works out for them.

The UK leaving the EU has started a perpetual motion of events ( good / bad ) that are just beginning.

Most Irish including those you mentionex, are financial incompetents, giving them access to the money floating aroud 10h15 years ago was like letting children into a sweet shop. Austerity, here,, came from the lunatic Irish borrowing and spending on cloud cuckoo land schemes back then..

The UK doesn't give a fuck about Ireland except that we are their fifth biggest trading partner. They are now knocking a half to one per cent off our economic growth for the next couple of years by the turmoil of Brexit.
And we will see how ourexports to them play out in the coming years.
The food indusry exports will be especially nteresting as the UK may negotiate new suppliers eventually and force down the margins for exporters here.

It's not a dictatorship, dictators don't bend over backward to make exceptions for members wanting to leave their club. The EU were offering to make some sweet concessions to the Brits if they stayed in. Sure it's burdened with the same bureaucracy that any governmental organization of such a large scale is destined to have
, look at the 'Murrican with their federal system. States like Texas are always bravadoing about seceding (Shame they didn't do it before Bush junior). Part of the problem here is that the Brits still haven't accepted that the sun has set on their empire, they can't stomach being told what to do even if it's in their own best interests.

    Like a petulant child.
