In my local the worst habitual drink drivers are gardai and teachers. Everyone else has had a massive income drop for the last few years.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

Yeah i'd say theres a lot of people on the road and their drugged up to the eyeballs. They should be teaching in shcool how to be a responsible driver and not drink or drug drive. The amount of peoples lives that have been wrecked by somebody getting behind the wheel while drunk or drugged.
But some think it wont happen to them.

Assuming he's talking about one of the new guys telling a newer guy that he should drink and drive to see an escort.

Innocent until proven guilty is our constitutional right.

I just find the whole notion of having to prove my innocence at a check point wrong.
I'm stopped and assumed guilty until I prove my innocence.

    What happened??
Personally the main reason I don't drive anymore is because the laws are stricter these days. I used to regularly have 3/4 pints and drive. Indeed This was common practice back in the day. However, I accept that tough laws are required but it does seem a bit harsh on older folk living in rural areas whose only social outlet other than the church is the local pub 4 or 5 miles down the road. If I was in that position I might be tempted to risk it.

    Check out the link below.

The guy was drink driving and hit the woman that he was on his way to a first date with. Crazy. Couldn't make it up.

I feel so bad for her.
