Legally if you leave a condom then the lady in question has full rights to do as she wishes with it. She could sell it, use it to get pregnant ect if she was so inclined. If a lady gets pregnant from using sperm this way then the guy is still liable for child support for 18 years!
Clearly most ladies would never do this but certainly worth thinking about.
