Beautiful body or beautiful mind? At this stage of my life I'd pick rich; twenty years ago I'd have probably picked beautiful.

You will sometimes hear it said(sometimes by a omen) that beautiful women can be plagued by self doubt and in their own mind may not perceive themselves as beautiful.
Better to be happy in your own skin and happy go lucky/cheerful in your outlook.
Content in other words.

If you are the sort that is always comparing yourself unfavourably to others and breaking whatever number commandment it is, by coveting your neighbour's goods, women, goats and good looks, then you will never be happy.
And you will likely spend a lot of time breaking the second commandment.

Exactly, money is easily parted from a fool and looks eventually fade, if you're smart you can make your own money and unlike men, looks aren't everything to a lady when choosing a partner.

Ever notice how you will see a good looking lady with a below average looking guy but you'll rarely see a good looking guy with a below average looking lady.

True but just cos your born rich don't mean you will always be rich as bad investments could see it all go.
