Can you still get water beds???

I thought they had been outlawed on health and safety grounds....

I did. I was going out with a lady who had one for a short while back in my early youth. It was a disaster really. There isn't enough solidity to it to get a good purchase for thrusting, then when you do get going, the water matress forms a wave like motion that works against you so some times the lady is bumping back at you harder than other times and it's practically impossible to get a rhythm going. The solid border around the edge is a problem too. Perhaps they need getting used to, I was only there twice.

I had a friend who had a water bed a few years ago she loved it.
Apparently you can fill them up to be as soft or hard as you wish.

Going into the shop and going through the moves to see how well it preforms could be interesting
