The thing is cal we all are 99.9% sure that those two sites are the same person but I as mod have no way to match Freya’s IP with Liz’s IP only Patricia can do that and she can only do it if no masking software has been used so although it looks like a duck and it walks like a duck we as mods cannot know 100% it is this particular duck but it Freya quacks out of line with the rules then mods will edit and treat her like anyone else.

If you are on DSL leave it of for 30 seconds if you are on Cable leave it off over night its not rocket science
