With a tan, definitely white. You wanna show off the tan the most you can with some nice contrast. Without a tan, I'd say black, then red, then peach. Except if they're redhead, then they definitely need to wear green ones.

White is very nice on a good tan but I also like black, royal blue and for some strange reason black/white chequered on a ginger/red/auburn haired lady.

That's a great way to get the ol brain ticking on a Saturday morning 😊
