I met this lady a couple of times and always found her to be very reliable and pleasant.

So the two bad reviews that you refer to - would not put me off.
Sometimes someone does not suit everyone which could explain the review from reviewer with over 35 reviews (some of which are excellent reviews).
I myself have given a bad review to someone who has been given good reviews by others.
The positive is the fact that she has so many good reviews / so many have taken the trouble to leave a good review.
