No I was not thinking of anyone in particular. I just thought of a sheep f****r and drew a man. I gave him pants though to make it look innocent

I don't get why EI are the navy but I do get the sheep part

The correct terminology is sheep sh****r. Coined by a Dublin man, who while driving through the Wicklow mountains with the wife and kids, had his way impeaded by a flock of sheep and exclaimed "Shagging Sheep!". He got out of his car to drive them off the roadway, whereupon the youngest of his five children asked it's mother...."Mammy, why is daddy getting out to shag the sheep, would'nt he rather shag you instead?".
