    I hate being mucked about. If someone who previously was good lets me down twice in a row then I'm afraid I won't see them again, as I feel that someone who knows me should have more respect. Not so bad if they let me know before the booking time, as life does happen, but if no explanation, it won't be tolerated.

    Most clients are happy to book 30 mins ahead the first time and take the risk that I might be busy. Once we have met, then I don't need a deposit and they can pre-book, so yes it does get easier once mutual respect is established.
