I have a good friend who is post op (completely done) and would be pretty offended if someone told him he had to tell everyone what he went through to get there. Too much judgement out there folks.

Haha the other way around. Was a lady before, after years of therapy and operations is now a man. And I'm pretty sure wouldn't appreciate being told to wear a sign or something.
