Ive just checked this with my legal guy and technically anywhere that there are two ladies working will be regarded as a brothel. It doesn't matter if it's a shared apartment, a clients house or a hotel room ect.

Sometimes think its easy to scare yourself. Anytime you dabble on the fringes there is always a certain risk factor involved, thats all part of it and you weigh that up before you start. I can guarantee every poster/ reviewer etc who are shouting caution have visited an apartment where there were more than one escort, whether they knew it or not.Really cant see a problem with an outcall, especially as your partner is with you. Yes I know. It is also illegal for a partner/husband/friend to live off of earnings made from escorting. I wonder how THAT is policed? Haha
