I am taking some meds at the moment and I find it difficult to get hard. I think the medication is the primary cause - never had this issue before.

Has affected lots of performances, of various types.

Anti depression tablets and blood pressure tablets can cause this.
Ask your doc for an alternative medicine if possible.

My sexual performance seems to get a hell of a lot better after boozing heavily. Even the next day with a killer hangover I get really hard and can last much longer. Not good etiquette to get sloshed and visit an escort but I would at least think I was superman when with her.
