You are just the most recent of many to make these arguments, and it is clear that the site have concluded that this is the best approach. You are wrong here, the site's customers are the escorts themselves, and there are enough who opt out that there is clearly a demand there. Presumably the management have done their sums, and they are a business, entitled to offer the products they want, and package them as they see fit.

You also need to consider the potential stresses of being reviewed in a personal way. Nearly all girls will get at least the occasional disappointing review, and not everyone has the thick skin needed when some random person is essentially saying "I didn't like you" or "I found you unattractive".

Whilst I agree with this statement, that is not what the op is questioning.

The original post is suggesting that the escort should not have the choice to advertise without allowing reviews, and is questioning EI for allowing us the choice to run our business as we please. It is our choice to allow reviews or not, and get less business for doing so if that is what the consequences for doing so are.

Guys who feel strongly about girls not allowing reviews, then just filter them out and don't visit them. It's the guys who do visit them that keeps them in business, if they didn't visit them they would have to allow reviews in order to get the business.
