Most foreign girls smoke but being a non smoker myself its easy to smell if from the girls, they may use mighty powerful mouthwash but it still lingers, there you go

I fully understand your point of view, I'm a non smoker, never have been, the smell of nicotine does linger, some guys visit me & when they leave, the room & my skin smell of nicotine. A non smoker can really smell ciggies, no amount of mouthwash is going to get rid of it.
