    I agree, I find Ireland the worst for this. Either they're texting, ogling women, doing their makeup, daydreaming, or picking their nose.

    Sometimes I'm a few cars back and I wait for the drivers in front to give a wake up honk...but nothing. If this was Italy, France or Spain, they average time to give a honk to a dopey driver is 0.0005 seconds after the light goes green!

    Perhaps they are being a tad over cautious and waiting for all the muppets who break red lights to pass through the junction

    My experience in Portugal was horns blowing from 8 30am until 5.30pm.
    It was hell and the traffic didn't move any quicker.
    Ireland has it faults but its a long way from the worst traffic wise.
