Met a Brazilian lady a couple of years ago for a generally lovely punt. Language barrier was a bit hit and miss, but we managed ok until half way through when, with me lying back, she gestured to what I thought was my balls, which I enthusiastically nodded about. I have to say this reminded me of a similar experience.
