I never ever reply to text messages unless I have met you before.
I never make appointments by pm unless you have several reviews.
So phoning and finding me free within the next half hour is the only way to contact me for a booking. And I don't listen to my voice mails so leaving one is a waste of time for all.
Some people have to have the last word,
but they don't actually want you to stop talking,
as they like the sound of their own voices too much.
