Her response to any problem or question that you pm her: Try writing a thread but don't mention any specific people or post links.
How does that help?
Nice person, yes, but rubbish at the job. Let's be honest.

I am sorry that you did not find my solution helpful.
I shall say again, what I say to everyone:
Reviews are subjective, for this reason you might find what a reviewer wrote about yourself upsetting and not fair, but it is the nature of the review.
It is someone's opinion on what you do and how you do it. The same applies to a review's reply.
I am not allowed to go and edit someone's content as I please on third party requests.
I am sorry if you find I am rubbish at what I do, this is your opinion and I respect it.
What you call shit, I might call consistent and fair.
We have discussed it at length via PMs and I advised you to comment it in public to ask how other reviewers react to answers to their reviews, which they don't agree with.
I still stand by my advice.

Translated means - she didn't feel it was appropriate to edit someone else's comments on me, so I will get revenge by rubbishing her on a public thread.
She doesn't have the last say on policy, and dev changes require others to cooperate as well, but she is clearly trying to understand the requests, and to get things done.
Very classy to make such a statement publically
In reality id bet her hands are tied with regards what can/cant be done
Ive raised issues with different parts of the site myself on numerous occasions..........with all mods.......and its very rare anything gets changed or fixed
To single out one person ,when they are probably working within confines set out by the site owners is unfair
