I keep getting 462 Forbidden Region messages when trying to access E-I

Both last night and now again today I keep getting 462 Forbidden Region: Your request for this resource had been blocked. This resource is not available in your region. messages when I try to access the forum.

I know others are also experiencing similar error messages — 462 is a rather odd error to get though.

Have IT being playing with the settings?

IGot the same last night for a period before midnight and it went on the blink 15 minutes after midnight again. Several times the message '' site down for maintenance '' flashed up, so took it at its word and left to traverse a certain road.
