Patricia, I am surprised that you are allowing this situation to proceed without stepping in at least or sanctioning the lunatic that you have appointed as a moderator.

I am a member of many boards and most have volunteer moderators. I have never come across a situation where such abuse of power has been allowed.

I told Qph today in a post that he was out of order. I believe that any sane person would agree. He initially responded with a childish defence and then thought better of it and moved both mine and Epsilon's posts which were reasonable in their criticism of his selfindulgent interjection into a perfectly sane and reasonable thread.

My point is this: This site works because of two key points. Firstly, Escorts pay money to advertise their services and Secondly because this provides a platform for the boards to operate. A key element of this is the clients contributing to the boards. If you alienate the clients you clearly run the risk of the clients just not bothering to use the site. I presume that the vast majority of clients never or rarely post on the boards but read them very frequently. If the lunatic fringe is allowed to take over, the board loses its attraction and there are always competitors vying for clients "clicks".

It is your site and therefore your prerogative, but I believe that at the least you should set rules for your moderators and reverse silly and selfindulgent or petulant actions such as moving posts for no good reason.

I really look forward to seeing some leadership from you. I like the site and would continue to participate if I felt that fairness prevailed. I don't know how many people agree with my point of view but since I believe my view to be fair and reasonable I would guess that the number who do agree is a very significant number.

I do not know what the mods are deleting as it is impossible in following.. What exactly are they deleting?? I do not have the time to read ALL of the mod threads..

In my opinion they should leave the board the way it is and just delete personal info..
