The legality or otherwise is kind of irrelevant as how would you go about excercising your legal rights to have the list destroyed.

It's impossible to ever know if the list is destroyed if theres alot of escorts involved. Some could have made copies and passed them on to other people. For the information that's out there already it's too late for them. But the point is to stop this practice from continuing so other people aren't put on the list. And to find out which escorts are doing this so we know who to avoid.

According to at least two members of the other site (both punters), they claim to know the names of the sixteen escorts who signed up to or registered as contributors to this list in addition to the name of the originating escort, who subsequently withdrew her name from the list, seemingly in order to hide her own involvement. I presume that this is the escort named here by Anna Savicha.

Anybody in the know should therefore list the other names, assuming that this is not going to infringe any of the site rules.

I was'nt suggesting that Anna or any other escort should take this risk, but somebody else such as a client who has this information could just register under a new name and then post it.
