I've been modding for years and in an ideal world I would only delete what I had to, give reasons for doing so and not use any bad language.
But the reality is, it is tough job, and there are only so many hours in the day and when you are dealing with someone who is intent on causing trouble, it gets very difficult and very frustrating.
I've reached the point numerous times when I have had enough of someone and I'm just not able to spend any more time pandering to them.
I don't think any moderator came her thinking - I am not always going to be a perfect mod - but they all walked into a very tough situations.
You and a few others had multiple polls calling for the to be de-modded before they's even got started.
They all started with a good attitude and I think they all still have a good attitude.
I think I've picked moderators well because I've picked nice people who want the best for this site and want a friendly happy fair E-I.
They are all human beings and they will all make mistakes - especially if their task is being made incredibly difficult by troublemakers - but they can all be a great asset to this site in my opinion.
I think we also have to realise - I am the epitome of laid back modding - and for a long time laid back modding worked pretty well, but in recent times it hasn't worked so well, as the number of troublemakers here has just increased and increased, so the level of shit posted here gets worse and worse and whilst some may view that as free speech at work, many just feel intimidated, put off and sick of this place being so full of bullshit. Is it such a bad idea if we try deleting a few more of the nasty threads that don't offer anything positive and see does this improve E-I for everyone?
You can't be a troublemaker and a helper bigpaws, so if you want to be a positive contributor to the site I suggest you stop causing trouble.

BTW: Your complaint by PM to me today that a mod edited a word in one of your posts unfairly simply because you were annoying him, but you are prepared to say this to me privately instead of in public. Get over it. You treat the mods like shit and this is what you get. Why don't you start by apologising for your own disgusting behaviour to date and stopping it now, then I might start taking you seriously.
