old phone, nokia, first time that ever happened in all those years as usually very careful, don't know what happened but messed up big time now..
Actually left the house that day to go for a drive to clear my head and did think at one stage of accelerating and driving the car of the road and into the lake, not joking

If she left it out for you to notice, it probably indicates that she wants to find a way past it. If you are going to talk about it with her, you need to think carefully about what you say next. The wrong words could dig a hole you won't get out of.
I'm thinking she wanted me to mention it first, I don't see her much as I work away from home and she has a full time Job too.

And it might blow over too after a while.
Sometimes women are more forgiving that it is escorts and not a full blown affair.
She might be I bit more easy on you because of that fact.
Maybe if you have a very good female friend that you can have a good chat with and maybe give you some good advise.
But she will need to be one hell of a good friend that can keep quiet as well.
