Thanks Miss, I'm doing well! I'm about to have a pretty big 'change of scenery', and some much nicer weather really soon...
As for that rental car of yours, the alignment is the likely problem. When people drive normal cars like they're auditioning to be stunt drivers for the next 'Fast & Furious' film, the alignment doesn't stand a chance!
You weren't driving like that, were you??? We all know you're a F1 fan...

That's a bit of a sweeping statement isn't it? I've driven a variety of vehicles, including vans and still alive to tell the story. The only car I ever had a problem with was an automatic on a wet road and an arse hole (male driver) playing cat and mouse in busy motorway traffic ahead of me. He kept stopping and advancing like an idiot going across all the lanes, which caused an accident.
It takes a while to get to know a car, but if you don't know the area as well, then there is a lot more to think about. Most of the time we drive in a subconscious state, as it's second nature, but you can't do that with a new car and it gets exhausting after a while. That's why I love motorways, as you don't have to think much driving in a straight line
Driving generally is easy but driving on very icy bendy roads can be challenging to say the least- you may even need a change of underwear...
